Aloha Friday - The New Year

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday, hosted by Kailani over at An Island Life. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So, on Fridays we can take it easy on blog posting, too.

I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer - nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, visit An Island Life where you can link up with your own question and also visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

What's one thing you hope to accomplish in 2011?

I want to get things around the house a little more organized and decluttered.

I agree with you on getting the house more organized. Other than that, I want to grow my 400 Calorie Dinners blog. Basically I would love to turn blogging into a full-time gig and maybe write a cookbook.

Organizing is definitely on my list but the #1 thing is to lose weight! I've gained 70 pounds in 7 years and now it's time I take control of it!

Good Luck and Happy New Year!

I'm right there with you - I'm a pack rat, so I want to purge a lot of unnecessary stuff during 2011 so it'll make it easier for us to move back to Seattle! :)

I hope to finally tackle the room upstairs. We have not used it in way too long. Need to find time and just toss/donate items.
