Aloha Friday - Paying Bills

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday, hosted by Kailani over at An Island Life. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day to take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So, on Fridays we can take it easy on blog posting, too.

I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer - nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, visit An Island Life where you can link up with your own question and also visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

When it comes to paying bills, do you pay the traditional way - writing checks and sending through snail mail? Or, do you take advantage of technology and pay online or by phone?

I do a little of both. I don't have anything automatically paid out of my bank account. I still like to be the one who chooses the exact when/where/how of paying my bills. But, I do utilize the convenience of paying online or by phone for several things.

I have nothing to do with our finances. My husband takes care of it. In my defense. I don't play with the finances and he doesn't play with my tools. LOL

Only one or two bills that get paid the old fashioned way. Love being able to schedule payments and not worry.

I go paperless all the way. I'm pro-environment as well as pro-technology~ :)

I do both because there is some that still aren't with the times like my health insurance for one, and my city bill (electric, water etc), but there's a drop box close by. Have a great weekend.

I do a lot of my bill paying online. It really helps too that I don't have many bills to pay ^.^

My mom on the other hand doesn't trust the internet so a majority of her bills are paid the old fashion way.

Have a great weekend!

We pay most online and a rare few by check. Tithes, local utilities etc.

Aloha :)
