Dirty Glasses

Gross! Check out this video. This is why hotels freak me out. I'm sure they aren't all doing this, but still, I'll never use another hotel glass again. Even sleeping in hotel beds is gross to me - I just can't help it. I prefer to sleep in my own bed and use my own dishes, LOL!

Brother Wolf Canine Rescue said...: Oh my gosh Kari, I saw this when they aired it on TV. Totally grossed me out. And I stay in alot of hotels. I'm somewhat of a germiphobe, so I only drink out of water bottles that I brought myself. And I NEVER make coffee in those little coffee makers that are in the bathrooms. Why do they keep them in the bathrooms? I saw a dateline program on what is on our toothbrushes in OUR OWN bathrooms. Why would we drink coffee from a coffee maker in a bathroom where other people poop? Oh man, I just grossed myself out.; June 28, 2008 at 4:25 PM

But now I will never, ever even consider using a glass even in an emergency - I'll throw my face under the faucet to drink before I'll touch one of their nasty glasses. lol
And don't laugh, but I always bring a can of Lysol with us whenever we travel and I never, ever keep the bedspread/comforter on the bed when we're sleeping in it. I even tell the maids to keep it off (I fold it nicely and put in in the corner - they can put it back on after I leave!).

You know, the older I get and the more I learn, the less I like spending anytime in a hotel. It just gets creepier.
