Wordless Wednesday - Face Down Recovery
If you've been reading my blog, you know that my oldest son had to have surgery last week for a detatched and torn retina. For his recovery, he has to remain in a face-down position, pretty much 24-7, for fourteen days. Here he is in the special medical chair that we rented. (The headphones he's wearing are for his XBox-Live; he's sitting in the chair playing video games in this pic. And, he can only see out of one eye right now.)

14 days! Poor guy!
Happy WW!
Poor thing!
Well at least he has found a way to stay entertained, even it is miserable. Bless his heart
Oh my. I'm so sorry he has to go through that. At least it seems as if he will make a full recovery. Thinking of you all....
Yikes.
Hang in there.
Poor guy!! I would not want to be in that position for 14 days.
I hope he recovers quickly!
Wow. That looks pretty uncomfortable. Here's hoping for a speedy and complete recovery.
Poor Guy!
Visiting you via SITS.
Oh Man! I haven't been by so I didn't know about this ... I can't even imagine how scary that was for all of you. And what a difficult recovery. I don't know how he is standing it ... I guess the fear of not healing is good motivation. I'm sending you and him best wishes for a complete recovery.
