Baseball season is here once again. We have three kids that play (our two youngest sons play baseball, our daughter plays softball). So, it's a pretty hectic schedule we keep during this time - on any given night we might have three practices and/or games going on at the same time, or we might have three practices and/or games going on at different times at different locations. It can get crazy. Sometimes we feel like we live at the ballpark. Of course, one of the many good things about little league sports, is ballpark food. Nachos and cheese, hot dogs, corn dogs, pretzels with cheese, popcorn, grilled hamburgers, sno-cones....the list goes on and on.
my Aloha Friday question....
what is your favorite ballpark treat?

Hot dogs with chili and cheese...they're my guilty pleasure! When I was in high school I worked at the concession stand of our town's little league park and I never got tired of the food. Oh, and I also love Frito chili pies...yummmmmm!
It's 9:30; is that too early to have a chili pie?

Popcorn, for sure. No matter what sport event I am watching I have go to have me some.
Popcorn, frozen lemonade and ice-cream. These are the only reasons I go to these things.

That is SO funny that you asked this today! I ALMOST asked the same thing! It has to be popcorn. It just tastes so good there!

there's nothing better than a ballpark dog with mustard. except for the fact that you need to take a second mortgage on your home to pay for it...

It's not always as much fun for me to eat at a ballpark since I don't eat meat. I've tried the taco in a bag without the meat and it's just...well, chips and lettuce. :) IF they had ice cream though....that would be my favorite for sure.

Hmm, I haven't been to a ballpark in ages. I guess I'd have to say hot dogs though. :)
definitely a hot dog - maybe not a traditional treat, but I never have one unless there's a ball game in front of me.
My favorite ballpark treat is double bubble bubble gum. :) We cannot wait until our girls are old enough to play ball!
