I'm not entirely clear, but I have read that this movie is based on a true story. I've also read that the Georgian government was involved with the making of this film. So, I'm not sure about the facts or accuracy of the film. Regardless, it's an intense, action-packed story that kept me interested throughout the film. It's hard to imagine the difficult and dangerous situations that journalists put themselves in to bring us these kinds of stories.
