Chicken Soup for the Soul - A Book of Miracles
I'm a big fan of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. They are always full of uplifting stories. I especially like that these collections of short stories are something that I can pick up and read anytime I have a few extra minutes. The Chicken Soup books never fail to entertain - they make me laugh and cry and fill me with inspiration.
One of the latest in the series is called Chicken Soup for the Soul: A Book of Miracles. It contains 101 true stories of healing, faith, divine intervention, and answered prayers. Among these, you will read about:
*Warren Holland, who prayed intensely as his US Air flight landed safely in the Hudson River
*Kathleen Kardon, whose children were miraculously rescued from her submerged car by a mysterious man who immediately disappeared
*Kimberly McLagan, who put herself in God's hands after seven years of infertility and then had four children.
This is yet another great book from the Chicken Soul series. It's a wonderful book to read and to share. I'm giving a copy to my sister for her birthday next month. I know she will love it.
