It's Girl Scout Cookie time! We bought 13 boxes this year. YIKES! They are just so good, and we are a family of 6. So, 13 boxes disappear in no time. Our favorites are the Thin Mints and Tagalongs. For my Aloha Friday question:
Do you buy Girl Scout Cookies?
If so, what's your favorite? How many boxes do you usually buy?

Retweet this post!

Yes we do buy cookies.. And my favorite is the mint ones. We usually buy a couple of boxes.. but this year my father in law was visiting and he bought 4! So we are ahead of our normal quota already this year! Have a great Friday!
ReplyDeleteWe were just eating some! I love the Carmel Delights! Yum!
ReplyDeleteI don't know any one in girl scouts right now. So, if someone comes to the door, or I run into them selling them at a store I will buy. When my daughter was in Sparks, we bought a couple of cases.
ReplyDeleteThin Mints are my favorite. We dont' know any Girl Scouts this year so I'm missing my cookie fix. Still hoping I'll run into some.
ReplyDeleteI have not bought any this year. No Girl Scouts in our neighborhood or at hubby's work. We hope to buy some from troops that are selling them at the mall. Love frozen Thin Mints and also Trefoils.
ReplyDeleteYes, like SIX boxes every year! lol
ReplyDeleteI did a few years ago.. the mint ones.. Do they still go door to door? lol
ReplyDeleteI buy them only because my granddaughter sells them. I usually buy 10 boxes.
ReplyDeleteI love Thin Mints!! I also like the caramel ones! I usually see them, about once a year, selling in front of a store while I'm shopping and I'll usually stop and buy 2-3 boxes.
ReplyDeleteI used to buy at least 4 boxes - had to have 2 boxes of Thin Mints, a box each of Tagalongs and Samoa's too.
ReplyDeleteNow, I live so far away from anyone selling cookies that I get to avoid them. My thighs thank me!
Come visit my first Aloha Friday HERE!
Oh, my vice. We bought 2 boxes on Saturday. But ... goodness, the neighbor girl is selling them and every time I see that sign in the front yard I must be held back!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the thin mints. We keep them in the freezer so they're cold and sort of mildly crunchy when you eat them. Delicious!!
ReplyDeleteI have not bought Girl Scout Cookies in years. I never see them in my area.
ReplyDeleteWell, we bought two boxes from the girls next door. Hubby bought from work....have no idea how many boxes! And I just bought 6 more boxes from another Brownie....I just love those reduced fat Daisy GoRounds!!!
ReplyDeleteI usually don't, but my husband does! I can't remember what they're called, but I like the chocolate/peanut butter one. Because, anything with chocolate and peanut butter is good by me!
ReplyDeleteAmy ~ The Salty Momma
Bought two boxes last weekend and they were gone in two days.
ReplyDeleteThin mint and peanut butter are our faves.
I used to buy GS Cookies. I just can't do it anymore. They are pure evil and go straight to my mid-section! lol
ReplyDeleteI used to eat a box of Thin Mints in no time flat. My husband loved the peanut butter ones.
I avoid those things like the plague now.
yes we buy girlscout cookies we normally buy several boxes of cookies We love both the savanahas and the thin mints
ReplyDelete4 boxes so far - thin mints are the best! Cold ones are even better!
ReplyDeleteWell, of course we do! We must have our mints and the samoas. I try to buy one box of each from each of the scouts who come to our door. We have 2 on our block, and one niece. I remember how important this was to our daughter, and I love to support the scouts.
ReplyDelete♥, Susan
yes i do. If i can ever find the ding dang scouts now adays. I love Thin Mints and Samoes
ReplyDeleteI LOVE tagalongs. I buy them as often as i can. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the thin mints and shortbread (not sure what they're called??) but have not bought Girl Scout cookies for years. A couple years ago a little girl from the neighborhood came calling and I placed and order but she never delivered.
ReplyDeleteI have been good about avoiding those the last few years but it doesn't matter. My husband comes home from work with about 10 boxes every year. Shortbread are my favorite. Thin Mints used to be but I ate too many and now I'm over them.
ReplyDeleteI don't buy them. I can eat boxfuls at a time so it's better off they don't enter the house!
ReplyDeleteHonestly I try not to buy them. I can eat them all in one sitting. My favorite are the thin mints.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, indeed!
ReplyDeleteI love the Tagalongs! YUM! Mine will be here on Monday!
Yup!n Tagalongs are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI bought 3 boxes of GS cookies this year from my brother - wait that didn't sound right - LOL!

ReplyDeleteGirl Scouts here don't sell cookies but if they do, I would gladly buy some.
ReplyDeleteWe buy them too, but for some reason the wife and kids eat them all before I get any.
